No Sugar Just Spice: As an artist I have led a pretty sedentary lifestyle and have managed to nibble myself to the highest weight I have ever weighed. While attending a meeting about Diabetes, after my mother was diagnosed, I saw that I too have many of the symptoms that could put me right where she is...only 30 yrs sooner. I have to make some changes, for ME! No longer will I feel guilty for wanting a nice looking and healthy body! I will no longer chastise myself with unhealthy self-talk, which I used to believe! I will no longer be defeated, worn out and FAT! I truly believe - We Are What We Think! I'm living proof of that statement. So I'm taking a stand against my "old" self and allowing my "new" self to emerge out from the shadows of lies and self hatred. My new mantra is: Instant Health Is My Divine Right and I Claim It Now! I am not one to readily make myself accountable, which makes the choice to publicly journal my lifestyle changes that much more important. If you are reading this, know that I need you. You are vital to my success as I am vital to your success. As part of mankind - We truly are One! Together, we can make the changes necessary to Live Life To It's Fullest!
